Yoga for Mental Health is a special offering curated to aid you in achieving wellness in Mind, Body, and Spirit. Together, we will gain tools to help heal.

Topics will include self-care, intention setting, meditation, pranayama, music, dance, and MUCH, much more. 

Join us. Bring family, bring friends, share this with people you believe may benefit. All classes are donation based. (you may use your class pass in lieu of donations) No one will be turned away for the inability to pay. Let’s foster community and help build each other up.
