Students move fluidly through an intelligent progression of postures, syncing the body's movements with the breath. Always varied in style and sequence, this type of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength. We balance freedom in flow with deeper grounding postures to invite an inward reflection. The added level of heat allows for you muscles to open up more, discovering new depth in poses.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga uses long, passive holds to work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the body - the tendons, ligaments and cartilage - which are difficult to energize and open. This deep, passive practice settles you into poses for 3-10 minutes, bringing you inward. This practice increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles.
